Identity and contact data (name, email, phone), enrollment details, payment references processed by third-party providers, technical logs (IP, browser, device), communications you send us, and cohort participation metrics.

Delivering courses, responding to inquiries, billing and refunds, improving services, security monitoring, and — with consent — analytics and marketing communications.
4. Legal Bases
Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, service improvement), legal obligations, and consent where required (e.g., non-essential cookies, marketing emails).
5. Retention
Enrollment records are retained for seven years for accounting and dispute purposes unless a shorter period is required by law. Marketing consents are retained until withdrawn. Server logs are rotated within ninety days.
