2. Services Description
We provide IT education services including courses, workshops, mentoring, and related materials. Descriptions on this site are informational. We may update curricula, schedules, or instructors with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials used to access cohort platforms. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual Property
Course materials, rubrics, and branded assets are owned by Awarenessengine or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public reposting of materials without written consent is prohibited.
5. Learner Conduct
Harassment, sharing exploit code targeting production networks, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, Awarenessengine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Tokyo shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty days of written notice.
8. Termination and Modifications
We may suspend access for breach of these terms. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email when feasible.
