2. Cooling-Off Period
For distance contracts, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase without giving a reason, unless services have begun with your express prior consent. Contact us in writing before the period expires.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refund if we cancel a cohort, if you cancel within the cooling-off window before materials access, or if we fail to deliver the advertised core curriculum.
4. Partial Refunds
If you withdraw after access begins but before the midpoint milestone, a partial refund may be calculated minus consumed weeks and administrative fees up to twenty percent of tuition, whichever is lower per applicable law.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party certification exam fees, purchased cloud credits beyond included allotments, and completed mentoring sessions are non-refundable. Digital materials downloaded in full may affect refund calculations.
6. Process and Timing
Email refunds@awarenessengine.digital with enrollment ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.
7. Cancellations by Awarenessengine
Low enrollment may cause rescheduling or cancellation. You may transfer to another cohort or receive a full refund. We are not liable for incidental travel costs.
